Variation of Condition Nos. 2, 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20 and 21 of DC/21/1076/FUL - for glamping units and storage shed, and change of use of agricultural land to garden - The applicant would like to move the vehicular entrance to the site to be within their own land to make the management easier (as opposed to using the adjacent existing track which is owned by a neighbouring landowner and is also a Public Right of Way). The applicant would also like to move the parking area closer to the road (and adjacent to the storage shed) and move the pond further away from the road - this results in less hard standing - We have set out in detail within the covering letter the the amendments to the application and liaison with the LPA. Conditions which require variation: 2 (because information in stated drawing numbers will be superseded by proposed amends) 14 (may need to refer to the up-to-date (amended) drawing, unless the LPA say otherwise) 19 (may need to refer to the up-to-date (amended) drawing, unless the LPA say otherwise) 20 (needs to refer to the up-to-date (amended) drawing) 21 (needs to refer to up-to-date (amended) visibility splays and drawing number) Conditions to be removed: 15 (only if variation is approved, as PROW no longer affected) NOTE: All of these conditions need then to be discharged. There is a live application running alongside this one (reference DC/22/2851/DRC) under which hopefully these can be discharged.
