To replace with Pyrus calleryana 'Chanticleer' or similar in the vicinity. T3 T4 T5 T6 T7 - 5 x Leylandii Fell. Reason: This tight group of trees are very close to the house, block significant light and the impact of the roots on the old house are unknown. These have no amenity value they are unsuitable for pruning and not native so should be felled. Area is too close to the house for replanting and there are already a number of mature native trees in the back garden. Note: The large Lawson Cypress (T8) on the eastern edge of the same group is being retained
