Variation of Condition No.5 of DC/21/4131/FUL - Construction of 2no. new detached dwellings with double garages and new shared vehicular access - Approval of a revised method statement detailing the actual works that have taken place and mitigation measures to ensure the future protection of the tree and allow it time to recover. The condition as it stands is pre-commencement as such the wording needs to be amended as the works have already commenced in a manner not in accordance with the document submitted to reflect the situation. Wish for Condition 5 to read as follows: The method of construction shall be adhered to and implemented in its entirety in accordance with the submitted Arboricultural Method Statement and mitigation statement; including soil remediation works. Reason: To ensure the roots of the trees are not damaged during construction
