Non-material amendment to 16/01197/RE3 (Condition 81) to allow changes to wording to read "No more than 300 residential units shall be occupied before Meridian Water railway station is opened and has at least three trains per hour departing towards Tottenham Hale in the AM peak hour (07.30 to 08.30), two trains per hour arriving from both directions in the PM peak (17.00 to 18.00) and two trains per hour calling during off-peak periods, as well as a new east-west step-free access link across the railway. Should the provision of any of these elements be delayed, no more than 300 residential units shall be occupied before an Interim Transport Strategy, detailing the applicant's approach to ensuring adequate access to public transport to support the level of development on the Development Site has been prepared, agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority and delivered."
