Dead eucalyptus stem remove to ground level. Bay shrub over oil tank remove to ground level in order to create suitable clearance from tank. Reduce height of hedge along footpath to approx 4m (from garden side) in order to leave a manageable hedge. Conifer in front of house remove to ground level and replace with acer (Sp TBC) due to excessive size of the tree, interference with the building and excessive shading.
