EIA Screening request - The proposal would comprise up to 400 homes of mixed tenures, including affordable homes at an average density of 35 dwellings per hectare. The proposals also include the creation of a new naturalised country park with increased access to the wider community incorporating wetlands, woodland, species rich grassland, hedgerow trees and scrub.
