Planning Permission (with all matters to be reserved) is sought for the erection of two other buildings (GWW, GWC) with 1 basement level; hard and soft landscaping areas, and; alterations to existing vehicular/pedestrian routes/access and associated works. Proposed amendments; a reduction of Restaurant (Class A3) by 1,022 sqm GEA to 1,723 sqm GEA; increase in Office (Class B1) by 8 sqm GEA to 106,593 sqm GEA; introduce a flexible Hair Dressing and Training Academy (Sui-Generis) / Office use (Class B1) of 1,217 sqm GEA; and to introduce a flexible Retail (Class A1) / Office (Class B1) of 131 sqm GEA which results in an increase of maximum floorspace by 334 sqm GEA from 110,292 sqm GEA to 110,626 sqm GEA of development. Further amendments include; a new service access off Dorando Close with lifts to basement; changes to frontages of GWC; plus changes to the footprint, horizontal and vertical parameters of GWW to include two additional full storeys; and landscaping plus public realm amendments.
