Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) and removal of Condition 10 (obscure glazing to first floor rear bedroom window) to allow minor material amendments to planning permission Ref.2017/04497/FUL dated 23rd February 2018 for the 'Erection of a rear extension at first floor level on top of the existing back addition; erection of hipped roof on top of the existing back addition; erection of a single storey rear extension, to the side of the existing back addition; installation of 3no. windows to replace the existing window on the side elevation of the back addition at first floor level; and installation of bi-folding doors to the rear elevation at ground floor level'. Amendments sought include a change to the pitch of the rear roof slope of the extension at first floor level; installation of a new rooflight in the rear roof slope of the extension at first floor level located 1.7m up from the internal finished floor level; reduction in size of the first floor rear bedroom window in the flank elevation of the extended back addition, removal of obscure glazing from the rear bedroom window and two bathroom windows in the first floor side elevation of the extended back addition.
