Minor Material Amendment pursuant to conditions 1 (approved drawings) and 8 (unit number & floorspace restrictions) of planning permission 2015/0591 dated 18/09/15, as amended by 2015/5347 dated 05/02/16, 2016/1517 dated 24/10/2016, and 2016/6417 dated 03/05/17, for a mixed-use redevelopment of the site to provide 839 residential units, including affordable housing; approximately 5,700sqm of commercial floorspace including retail, financial & professional services, cafe/restaurant, offices, education, community and leisure (A1/A2/A3/B1/D1/D2) uses within buildings ranging from 2 to 26 storeys high; with landscaped private amenity space and public realm, new publicly accessible routes through the site and basement car and cycle parking. Amendments comprise changes to the use of part of the basement and ground floors of Block J, including the change of use of part of the basement from B1/D1 to C3 (storage for residents) and change of use of the ground floor A1 retail unit to B1/D1.
