Variation of Condition 2 of planning permission ref: 2020/00283/FUL granted 29th April 2020 for the 'Erection of a rear roof extension; including raising the ridge height by 200mm, erection of a single storey rear extension to the side of the existing back addition; erection of a rear extension at first floor level on top of the back addition, installation of 2no rooflights in the front roofslope; installation of French doors with Juliet balconies to replace the existing windows at upper ground and first floor level to the rear elevation; replacement of 1no window with a new window at first floor level and 1no door with a window at lower ground floor level to the rear elevation; bricking up of 1no window at upper ground floor level to the side of rear back addition; conversion of the existing dwellinghouse into 2 x 2 bedroom self-contained flats' to allow amendments to the approved drawings to include installation of French doors with a Juliet balcony in place of a window in the rear roof extension, changes to a replacement window on the rear elevation above the back addition; and alteration to size and position of the rooflight on flat roof of ground floor extension.
