Non-material amendment to planning permission reference: 2018/00782/VAR dated 9th March 2018 for the "Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) to allow minor material amendments to planning permission ref: 2017/01153/FUL granted on 13th June 2018 for; 'Erection of a single storey extension to the side and rear of the back addition.' The amendments sought comprise the replacement of glass panels in the east-facing flank wall with solid brickwork and two fixed glass panels and the replacement of part of the glazed roof with a solid roof with 2no. rooflights". Amendments sought are the infilling of two windows/vertical glazed panels currently set on the party wall with brick to match existing and connect the existing two roof lights on the side return flat roof to make this appear as one rooflight similar to that recently approved at No. 34.
