Non-material amendment to approved Reserved Matters Application (Ref: 2019/01300/RES) dated 29 November 2019, relating to the submission of all reserved matters including access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale in respect of Phase 3 which comprises Development Plots E1, E2 and E3 (erection of 17 to 35 storey buildings with basement level providing 518 residential units and commercial floorspace with associated external amenity space, public realm, car and cycle parking and other works), pursuant to Condition 1 of outline planning permission (Ref: 2017/04377/VAR) dated 25th June 2018, for the comprehensive residential led mixed use redevelopment of the former Marks and Spencer Warehouse Site in White City. The specified amendments to Phase 3 allow alterations to the balustrading at levels 28-34, creation of winter gardens at level 33 and 34, an extended high level canopy of Building E1, and minor design changes to the south eastern corner balconies of Building E2. The proposed alterations require the substitution of the approved plans with new plans and elevations, as stipulated by Condition 1 of the permission (Ref: 2019/01300/RES).
