Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) to allow material amendments to planning permission reference: 2021/01077/FUL dated 1st June 2018 for the "Excavation of part of rear garden to form a lightwell, in connection with the creation of a basement; erection of a single storey rear extension, to the rear of the existing back addition; replacement of a side extension at first floor level, and installation of two French doors with Juliette balconies; erection of a rear extension at roof level." Amendments sought are the demolition of the existing building with the exception of the front facade; alterations to the rear glazed fenestration; erection of a rear plant / storage room at basement level to extend out under rear garden; and re-positioning of rear staircase leading up from basement level into rear garden.
