Minor material amendment to planning permission reference: 2021/02747/FUL dated 16th November 2021 for the "Erection of a brick parapet wall with trellis on top around the flat roof at third floor level on top of the existing three storey back addition, in connection with its continued use as a roof terrace; rear roof extension and installation of fixed full length windows and a sliding door to the rear elevation at third floor level, to provide access to the roof terrace; replacement of existing window in rear elevation with new window; and installation of rooflight in existing flat roof at fourth floor level."
