Variations to Conditions 6 and 13 of listed building consent Ref. 2019/02727/LBC dated 22 November 2019 for "partial dismantling, salvage, storage and re-assembly of the two deviation chambers on the northern side of the bridge in connection with investigatory works to the pedestals involving paint removal". Proposed amendment to Condition 6 is to require details of any subsequent change to previously approved method statements to be approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority; and proposed amendment to Condition 13 is to extend the reinstatement timeframe by a further 3 years from the date of the new decision notice.
