Variation of wording of condition 1 of planning permission ref: 2015/04757/FUL granted 7th January 2016 for the 'Retention of use of Unit 503 at fifth floor level from Office (Class B1) into non-residential institution (Class D1)' to allow the wording of condition 1 to rear as follows: 'The use hereby permitted shall be occupied (or carried on) only by the Edward James Foundation, and shall not enure for the benefit of the land. Upon the cessation of the use of the premises by the Edward James Foundation the use hereby permitted shall cease and shall revert back to Class E(g) use.'
