Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) to allow minor material amendments to listed building consent reference: 2020/02025/LBC dated 17th March 2021 for the "Alterations and extensions to the Grade II listed building including the demolition of the summer house, erection of a part-one, part-two and part-three storey extension and excavation of a basement beneath the extension, in connection with the use of the site as a 32-bedroom nursing home (Use Class C2) together with the demolition and replacement of front and side boundary walls, and means of access to the highway on Daisy Lane." Amendments sought are the repositioning of access hatches to roof of rear extension; and internal boarding of two windows in internal hall and WC access to main building to comply with Building Regulations.
