Non-material amendment to planning permission (ref: 2016/01183/FUL) dated 2nd November 2017 for "The construction of new moorings at Imperial Wharf, pontoon will measure 270m long x 2m wide and located parallel to the existing marina. The extension will add another 540m of additional berthing length to the marina. The pontoon will be serviced by the existing walkway with a linkspan/pontoon between the existing and proposed pontoons". Amendments are sought to vary the wording of Conditions 3 (Scour and Accretion Investigation); 4 (Scheme for ecological mitigation and enhancement); 6 (Operational Management Plan); 7 (Pontoon Design); 8 (Details of Moorings); 10 (Loading and Unloading Areas); 12 (Lighting Scheme); 13 (Navigational Risk Assessment); and 16 (Low Emissions Strategy), comprising changes to the triggers associated with the submission of details for approval by the Local Planning Authority, from "Prior to any construction works hereby permitted" to "Prior to any piling works hereby permitted".
