Variation of Conditions 2 and 4 to allow minor material amendments to planning permission reference: 2020/01243/FUL dated 11th August 2020 for the "Erection of a rear roof extension, involving an increase in the ridge height; installation of 1no. rooflight in the front roofslope; erection of a rear extension at second floor level, on top of the existing back addition; erection of a single storey rear extension to the side and rear of the existing back addition; excavation to lower the level of the rear garden; and rebuilding of the party boundary in brick." Proposed amendments sought are to remove the existing brick parapet upstand above the rear slope of the roof to be removed; retain the existing timber fence in rear garden to no.13 boundary; and for the single storey rear extension to be render instead of brick.
