Reserved Matters Application relating to the approval of access; appearance; landscaping; layout and scale in respect of Phase 2b (Park South) for the delivery of part of the central landscaped area with play space; part public square and part basement; in compliance with Condition 1 (Reserved Matters Details) of planning permission 2018/02100/COMB granted 8 February 2019 (a comprehensive residential led mixed use redevelopment of the former Gasworks Site). Phase 2b will deliver 2,733 sqm of the publicly accessible park with future phases to deliver the remainder of the park that will measure at least 6,700 sqm once completed; and 461 sqm of the public square with future phases to deliver the remainder of square that will hold the listed buildings.
