Fell to ground level of an Alder Tree (T4) in the front garden on the east side, near the corner of Rainville Road and Colwith Road, subject to Tree Preservation Order TPO/363/07/09, since the tree is overhanging the public footpath and is in a poor condition with a high percentage of the crown having died and has now become a hazard to the public.
