An Environmental Statement has been submitted under the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 as amended. For consultation purposes only - The application will comprise an increase of 78 homes at Buildings A and C only (excluding Building B) from 335 to 413 homes delivered through an increase of two storeys to Buildings A3, A4, C1, C2 and C3 and an increase in 4 storeys to building A1 and A2. Total unit numbers 632 across the entire former B&Q Retail Warehouse site, 13 blocks in total.
