Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) to provide minor material amendments to planning permission reference: 2020/03014/FUL dated 24th February 2021 for the "Demolition of existing single storey workshop building (Class E(g)(iii)) and erection of a replacement two storey building to provide 3 x two bedroom self-contained mews houses (Class C3); alterations to external fenestration of the existing two storey workshop building to include the replacement of existing doors and windows with new doors and windows at ground and first floor level to the front elevation; installation of 2no. rooflights to replace the existing rooflights in the front roofslope; change of use of the existing two storey workshop building (Class E(g)(iii)) into 2 x one bedroom self-contained flats (Class C3); provision of bicycle and refuse storage." Amendments sought are the installation of external insulation with a textured stipple render finish to the front elevation of the main workshop building; replacement of some of the Crittal doors with new windows; associated in-filling of removed openings with new brickwork.
