Submission of details and detailed drawings at a scale of not less than 1:20 of the hard and soft landscaping of all areas external to the building, including details, planting, and maintenance schedules of the green/brown roofs of the development, as well as details including a Landscape Management Plan for all the landscaped areas, which shall include details of management responsibilities and maintenance schedules for all landscape areas, pursuant to Condition 21 of planning permission reference: 2018/01652/FUL dated 15th March 2019.
