Non-material amendment to planning permission ref: 2021/03292/FUL granted 13th December 2021 for the 'Erection of a single storey rear extension.' Amendments to include reducing the size of single storey ground floor extension comprising of: depth of the extension is reduced from 3.5m to 3.0m, overall height of the extension to the top of the rooflight is reduced from 3.5m to 3.0m, roof height at the front of the extension is reduced by 250mm from 3.0m to 2.75m, distance from the boundary to the face of the eastern glass wall of the extension is correspondingly reduced by 250mm from 1.0m to 0.75m, alterations to the roof of single storey back addition to include reducing the size of the rooflight, and addition of flood resistant air bricks to the side walls of the ground floor extension.
