Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) to allow minor material amendments to planning permission reference: 2021/01476/FUL dated 10th May 2021 for the "Erection of a rear roof extension; and installation of 3no. rooflights in the front roofslope." Amendment sought is an alteration to the mansard design of the approved rear roof extension removing the 70 degree rear elevation and replacing with a 90 degree one.
