Amendment sought to Condition 18 so that No. 16 Ongar Rd, the existing middle flat (First floor only) has the restriction and No. 16B, the Second/Third Floor flat does not have the restriction to applying for Parking Permits. Any existing Parking Permits currently allocated to 16, will be surrendered as requested by the authority and the Applicant will not reapply for any relating to No. 16 as per the new planning condition as amended as requested here.
