Variation of conditions 2 (approved drawings) and 7 (rooflights) of the planning permission reference: 2022/02353/FUL dated 31st October 2022 for the 'Erection of a rear roof extension, involving an increase in the ridge height to match neighbouring property (no. 22 Atwood Road) and installation of 3no. rooflights in the front roofslope; erection of a rear extension at second floor level, over part of the existing back addition; raising the floor level and roof height of existing first floor back addition; erection of a single storey rear extension with installation of 2no. rooflights on top of the flat roof, following the demolition of existing boiler room; replacement of an existing window with French doors and a Juliette balcony, and installation of a new sash window to replace existing to the rear elevation at first floor level.' Amendments sought are alterations to the design of the single storey rear extension, the sash window and French doors to the rear elevation at first floor level, the rear roof extension and the front rooflights.
