Submission of details of a detailed design and method statement (in consultation with London Underground) for the foundations, basement and ground floor structures, or for any other structures below ground level, including piling (temporary and permanent), which: a) provide details on all structures, c) demonstrate that there will at no time be any potential security risk to the railway, property or structures, d) accommodate the location of the existing London Underground structures and tunnels, e) accommodate ground movement arising from the construction thereof, and f) mitigate the effects of noise and vibration arising from the adjoining operations within the structures, pursuant to the partial discharge of Condition 5 of planning permission reference: 2021/04043/VAR dated 06 July 2023.
