Non-material amendment to planning permission reference: 2021/00237/FUL dated 6th April 2021 for the "Erection of a rear extension on top of existing back addition at second floor level, including a Juliet balcony; erection of a single storey rear extension, to the side of the existing back addition at ground floor level; replacement of existing windows to the rear of the existing roof extension with 1no. dormer window; excavation to the side elevation to form 2no. lightwells with metal grilles including an installation of a rooflight, in connection with the enlargement of basement; replacement of 2no. rooflights with 3no. rooflights on front roof slope; replacement of a rooflight with a new rooflight on rear roof slope; replacement of a window with French doors, including an opaque glass balustrade Juliette balcony on the rear elevation at first floor level; replacement of a window with sliding doors on rear elevation at ground floor level; and removal of a side access gate facing Fabian Road at ground floor level, to be replaced by extending the existing front boundary wall."
