Variation of condition 2 of planning permission ref: 2019/00368/FUL granted 17th April 2020 for the 'Demolition of the existing main hall, kitchen and multi use games area; erection of a new main hall, kitchen, main entrance and administration block, including reception, art studio and new multi use games area; and internal refurbishment of the existing changing rooms, administration block and caretaker's house; to incorporate design development changes comprising: enlargement of kitchen plantroom enclosure at first floor level, revised roof access including additional stair access and roof hatch, alterations to main hall doors from single to double, roof covering to bicycle and scooter stand, additional penetrations (louvred) to accommodate supply ventilation to Alpha block WC's, new sliding gate to Cambridge Grove and alteration to wall thickness adjacent to 61 Cambridge Grove.
