Non-material amendment to planning permission reference: 2020/01157/FUL dated 6th august 2020 for the "Erection of an additional floor at main roof level; erection of a rear extension at second floor level over part of the existing roof terrace on top of the existing back addition; in connection with the creation of a 2 x one bedroom self-contained flats (amended description)." Amendments sought are the removal of Conditions 13 (noise assessment), 21 (contamination preliminary risk assessment), 22 (contamination site investigation scheme), 23 (contamination quantitative risk assessment), 24 (contamination remediation method statement), 25 (contamination verification report) and 26 (contamination long-term monitoring report). These conditions are all to be removed on the grounds that they do not meet the relevant tests for planning conditions set out in the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and the related guidance on the use of conditions set out in Circular 11/95.
