Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) to provide minor material amendments to planning permission reference: 2021/03921/FUL dated 7th February 2022 for the "Erection of 2no. dormer windows to match existing to the front roofslope; erection of a replacement rear dormer roof extension including the installation of French doors and a Juliette balcony; erection of a rear extension at second floor level, over part of the existing back addition; erection of metal railings around the remainder of the flat roof of the existing back addition at second floor level, in connection with its use as a roof terrace; erection of a single storey rear extension, to the side of the existing back addition, following demolition of the existing single storey rear extension; excavation of the front garden and part of the rear garden to form lightwells, in connection with the creation of a new basement; installation of an external staircase from within the proposed front lightwell up into the front garden; installation of an external staircase from within the proposed rear lightwell up into the rear garden; and replacement of all windows and doors." Amendments sought are the reconfiguration to the approved dormer windows to the front roofslope; glazed Juliette guarding to replace the railing guarding to the approved Juliette balcony to the rear roof extension; rear window removed and bi-fold doors centralised to the approved single storey rear extension; and removal of the approved external staircase from within the proposed rear lightwell up into the rear garden.
