Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) to provide minor material amendments to planning permission reference: 2022/03585/FUL dated 16th February 2023 for the "Erection of an additional floor at roof level and formation of a terrace to the elevation fronting Ongar Road at new roof level; alterations to the main front entrance to include, repositioning and installation of a new door to replace existing, erection of new staircase with railings following the removal of existing steps." Amendments sought are alterations to the fenestration to the front and side elevations.
