Non-material amendment to planning permission ref: 2022/03638/FUL granted 29th March 2023 for the 'Excavation of part of the front garden to form a lightwell and lowering of the existing basement floor in connection with the enlargement of the existing basement; installation of a door and window to replace the existing window to the rear of bedroom 1 at basement level to the rear elevation'.
