Sector V Phase 2B Newhall Project Redwing Way Newhall Harlow Essex
Deed of Variation of the legal agreement attached to outline planning approval HW/PL/04/00302 (known as "the Harlow Agreement") for Section V at Newhall to insert a definition for "chargee" and to delete Paragraphs 13, 13.1 and 13.2 of Schedule 3 replace with a clause such that no chargee of the registered social landlord will be bound and renumber 13.3 of Schedule 3 as 13.1 and the renumber the sub-paragraphs insofar as it relates solely to Sector V of Phase II of Newhall.
