Discharge of Conditions no. 3 (details of works) and no. 4 (roof tile samples) pursuant to Listed Building Consent (ref:21/00340/LBC) to strip and retile existing tiled roof. Strip and refelt existing flat roof and renew existing lead flashing and valleys. Undertake minor internal alterations to relocate existing toilet and remove staircase.
