1). Reduce one Hornbeam on left side boundary by approximately 6 metres to a final height of approximately 6 metres and a finished radius of approximately 2 metres to suitable live secondary growth to allow in light for the photovoltaic panels on the roof. 2). Reduce height of one Beech next to summerhouse by approximately 4 metres - to a final height of approximately 10 metres and a finished radius of approximately 2-3 metres - pruning to suitable live secondary growth. 3). Reduce and reshape to previous reduction points retaining smaller growth at reduction points for shape one mature Beech. Reducing by approximately 3 to 4 metres, leaving a finish height of approximately 15 metres and a finished radius of approximately 3 metres. 4). Fell to approximately ground level triple stemmed suppressed leaning Beech on rear boundary. 5). Shorten back branches by approximately 2.5 metres giving a finish radius of approximately 4 metres to rear of house from one mature Beech back to previous reduction points, reducing . back approximately five longer branches. Remove one long limb over summerhouse approximately 20 cm in diameter from the Beech. The tree is in joint ownership between the client and owner of 41 Elvetham Road. The shortening back from the client property is part of the tree owned by the client. The removal of the limb over the summerhouse would require the consent of the owner at the adjacent property at 41 Elvetham Road.
