Section 73 application to vary condition 2 (Approved Plans) and condition 13 (Eastern First Floor Window) of planning permission H/2017/0115 (in respect of erection of 1no. detached dormer bungalow and modification of existing driveway) to allow for amendments to fenestration which will allow for an opening window in the eastern elevation, including increase in size, 4 Velux windows in the existing roof slope (above ensuite and robes), add pitch roof to existing rear dormer and increase size, replace rear porthole with stone feature and replace fixed porthole on front elevation with opening window and extend front roof slope over front bay window and entrance.
