Application to modify a planning obligation dated 06 July 2018 to change 5 x 3 bed shared ownership houses (plots 21-25) to 5 x 3 bed affordable rent houses (rent capped at LHA for year 1) following application 17/2081/FUL for the demolition of existing buildings and construction of new buildings comprising 32 houses (11 x two bedrooms and 21 x three bedrooms) and 23 flats (5 x one bedrooms and 18 x two bedrooms) with associated new access road, landscaping, parking, pedestrian access and public open space. New residential units will be 100% affordable housing.
