Variation of Condition 10 of 18/00497/FUL for the development to be carried out in accordance with the MTC submitted 2067-FRA Rev A dated February 2018. However, during the course of the negotiations, the layout enclosed at appendix 6 of the FRA changed significantly. Subsequently MTC produced 2067-FRA Rev C dated 27th March 2020 which shows the correct layout at appendix 6 and 7.
