Request for a Scoping Opinion for a mixed use development at the Shell Centre, York Road, London which would include the retention of the existing 28-storey Shell Tower. Demolition of the remaining wings and structures on site together with the erection of approximately eight new blocks clustered around the existing Shell Tower. The blocks would range between 40metres (m) to 126m approximately in height. The development would provide approximately 200,000 square metres (sqm) of floorspace (Gross External Area) comprising office uses, residential units, retail uses and recreational facilities.
