Variation of condition 2 (Approved Plans) of planning permission 18/04311/FUL (Redevelopment of the site, involving the demolition of the existing building and erection of a five storey building plus basement to provide a flexible use (Class A3 and/or A4) at part basement and part ground floors and office floor space (Class B1) at part basement, part ground and first to fourth floor levels, together with the provision of cycle store and the installation of a green roof and plant on roof) granted on 27.01.2020. The variations sought concern the approved ground floor restaurant / bar (class A3 and/or A4), the proposed changes are as follows: - reallocation of the staircase between ground and basemnet level; - redesign of the proposed entrance; - replacement of the approved ground floor windows to the south elevation with doors; and - introduction of a seating area within the courtyard.
