Application for a non-material amendment following a grant of planning permission ref: 18/01713/FUL (Demolition of 1-7 Aytoun Road and Aytoun Court. Redevelopment of the site involving erection of part 4, part 5 and part 6 storeys building to provide 31 residential units (100% affordable housing) with shared amenity space at 5th floor, together with provision of 3 disabled car parking spaces, refuse & cycle stores and landscaping. Removal of the walkway at Aytoun Place and installation of an external lift to Crowhurst House, plus realignment of metal stair access to 41 and 42 Norton House.) Amendent sought: To vary vary Condition 16 to enable a change to the agreed energy strategy to better meet current legislation and the specific circumstances of the Aytoun Road scheme.
