REASON FOR RE-CONSULTATION: To notify that this application is a DEPARTURE APPLICATION: The proposed development is a departure from Policy ED2 and Policy H9 of the Lambeth Local Plan (2015) ) granted on 14.06.2021. Amendment sought : Following an in-depth review of the scheme, and through design development, it appears that certain aspects of the consented scheme are not feasible. The submitted document aims to resolve these design limitations with a careful consideration of building regulation compliance, maintenance limitations and construction feasibility whilst simultaneously increasing the quality of the scheme. The submitted document also puts particular focus on the maintenance aspect to ensure a longer building life-cycle.
