Application for a non-material amendment following a grant of planning permission ref: 20/01480/FUL (Redevelopment of the site comprising of the demolition of the existing buildings and erection of a part 5, part 7 storey building to provide 31 affordable residential units (Use Class C3), together with associated landscaping works) granted on 29.01.2021. Amendment sought: change in the wording of condition 40 (Noise Attenuation) from 'pre commencement' to 'post construction stage' This is to clarify that the required details set out in Condition 40 (Noise Attenuation) are not required prior to commencement anymore. This application is also requesting to amend the trigger for the submission of the post- construction verification so that it can be submitted at the post construction stage, rather than prior to commencement as set originally Planning Condition.
