Observations on a proposed development within the adjoining Borough of City of London with respect to "a request for an EIA Scoping Opinion under regulation 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 for the redevelopment of the site known as 99 Bishopsgate.
