Non-material amendment to planning permission 2019/0390/FUL to amend hard surfacing and landscaping. Hard Landscaping within the courtyards to be amended to resin bound gravel, Brittany Bronze in the areas annotated red & green and the Autumn Quartz in the areas annotated blue on drawing 4009. To alter the specification of the hedge planting on the scheme to 'Grisselina Littoralis 2L containers 60-80cm'. These will be installed at the same centers as previously approved.
