The parent permission being for the demolition of existing buildings and erection of a part 3, part 8, part 9 storey building, to provide retail (Class A1) at ground floor with 59 residential units above, comprising 1 x studio flat, 26 x 1 bed, 27 x 2 bed and 5 x 3 bed flats together with associated landscaping, parking and access improvements.
