Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission 18/03444/FULL1 dated 25 October 2018 for the Temporary consent for security hut adjacent to new cross carriageway gates at Land At Junction With Crofton Road and Park Avenue, Farnborough, Orpington to allow for the retention of the hut for two years from the date of the permission i.e. until 25 October 2020. Variation of Condition 2 of planning permission 18/03444/FULL1 dated 25 October 2018 for the Temporary consent for security hut adjacent to new cross carriageway gates at Land At Junction With Crofton Road and Park Avenue, Farnborough, Orpington for the materials/finish to be used for the external surfaces of the building to be as set out in the planning application forms, drawings and/or application details hereby approved, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the local planning authority, and shall be implemented within one month of the date of approval. Reason: in the interests of the visual amenities of the area and in order to comply with Policy 37 of the Bromley local Plan 2019
